Project Overview
Marshall, Wisconsin
The library design team’s focus was on bringing down the scale of the 9,000 sf program to that of the residential neighborhood. The mass was broken into internal functions of community room, library functions and library support. The placement of the building maintains the pedestrian entrance experience through the park at the residential boundary with the vehicular entry located to the south. The siting allows for the building to truly appear as a gem-like pavilion in a park.
