Project Overview
La Crosse, Wisconsin
Designed to change with the needs of the students, the 52,000 sf facility includes an information center, a 14,000 sf library, sixteen classrooms, four study labs and two computer labs, and incorporates CCTV, data and communications wiring. Study carrels are wired for data and ready to become computer stations as the need arises. A large barrel-vault skylight allows soft natural light into the library by day, and a domed two story computer lab becomes a beacon in the evening, establishing the Academic Resource Center as a signature building on campus.
